Surah al-Masad

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Raheem
Insha'Allah I will begin memorizeing Surah al-Masad (The Palm Fibre or The Flame).  An amazing site I found gives a great overview about this particular Surah:

After proclaiming the Bismillah, the surah condemns Abu Lahab (one of Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) uncles) and his wife as examples of worldy and wealth driven sinners.  Although they have much on earth, it will not avail them in the Hereafter.  The "firewood" they have carried in this life (symbols of their clutching onto material possessions and business) will in the Hellfire prove to be the kindling of their damnation.  This is to say, in their materialism they have been the architects of their own unfortunate destiny.
Muslims present this surah as evidence fo rthe divinity of the Quran, since Abu Lahab could have ruined the Quran and Islam by simply accepting Islam, just like Abu Sufyan (another uncle of the prophet (PBUH)) did.
Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem
Tabbat Yada Abee Lahabiw-wa Tabb
Ma 'Aghna 'Anhu Maluhu Wa Ma Kasab
Sayasla Naraan Dhata Lahab
Wamra-'atuhu Hamma-la-tal-Hatab
Fee Jeediha Hablum-min Masadin
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful
Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab, and perish he!
His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him!
He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames!
And his wife too, who carries wood (thorns of Sadan which she used to put on the way of the Prophet(saws), or use to slander him).
In her neck is a twisted rope of Masad (palm fibre).
